Sales & Client Experience

We're building a different kind of web design company. redesign.llc helps businesses redesign their websites for $249.

The interesting part is what happens behind the scenes. Almost everything is automated. AI handles the design, development and much of the work that would normally require an entire agency team.

We need the human

We're looking for someone who can take an interested customer, understand what they want, help them make decisions, close the sale, and be the person they talk to throughout the process.

You don't need to design the website.
You don't need to develop it.
You don't need to manage a team of designers or developers.
You need to be exceptionally good with people.
The role

What you'll do

Most of your conversations will be with people who have already expressed interest in redesigning their website. You'll:

Call and speak to interested prospects
Understand their business and what they want from their website
Look at their current website and understand what they're trying to improve
Show them different design directions and help them choose what makes sense
Explain how redesign.llc works
Answer questions and make the process feel simple
Handle objections and close the sale
Follow up relentlessly with people who are interested but haven't bought yet
Stay in touch with customers throughout the process
Collect whatever information or decisions are needed from the customer
Keep the customer moving until their new website is live

The actual production work is handled by our AI systems. You are the customer-facing layer.

Sales-first

This is a sales-first role

The most important part of the job is converting interested people into paying customers.

We already have systems generating highly relevant demand. People submit requests, ask for redesigns, and reach out directly.

You won't be spending your day building lead lists or sending hundreds of cold emails.

You'll be talking to people who have already raised their hand.

01

Some will be ready to buy immediately.

02

Some will need convincing.

03

Some will disappear and need chasing.

You need to be comfortable with all three.

You should genuinely enjoy the process of taking someone from
“I'm interested” → “Okay, let's do it.”
Who we're looking for

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with roughly 2–4 years of experience who is hungry, commercially minded and extremely comfortable dealing with customers.

Agency experience is a strong plus. Someone who has worked in a web design, branding, digital or creative agency will already understand many of the conversations you'll be having.

But experience matters less than ability.

The three things we care about most

01

Closing ability

You know how to sell. You're comfortable asking for the business, handling objections and getting to a decision.

02

Empathy

You can understand what someone is actually trying to achieve. You listen, ask good questions and make customers feel like they're talking to someone who understands them.

03

Shamelessness

You don't let good opportunities disappear because someone didn't reply.

You follow up. You call. You message again. You stay on it.

Not because you're annoying, but because you're genuinely responsible for getting the customer across the line.

Who you are

You should probably be this kind of person

You like talking to people.
You're naturally persuasive.
You don't need a script for every conversation.
You're comfortable taking ownership.
You can have ten different customer conversations going at once and remember where each one stands.
You aren't intimidated by selling.
You don't need to be a designer, but having good taste and understanding what makes a website good will help.
Most importantly, you care about whether the customer actually has a great experience.
Not your job

What you won't be doing

You won't be:

Designing websites Writing code Managing developers Managing designers Doing technical implementation Running traditional project management

The machines do the work. You work with the customer.

Why this role is unusual

You are the person who makes the company feel human.

A traditional agency might need designers, developers, project managers, account managers and salespeople to deliver a website. We're trying to build something much more streamlined. That means your role is unusually important.

You'll be talking directly to customers, selling the product, helping them make decisions and making sure they have a great experience from the first conversation until their website is done.

And because so much of the execution is automated, your ability to communicate, sell and build trust has an unusually direct relationship with how much business we can do.
